Microsoft PowerApps Technical Project Manager @ NTT Data

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication, technical, and problem solving skills, as well as proven business consulting and project management experience.

Project Management Responsibilities

Project Managers are responsible for process definition and management oversight of medium and large sized Microsoft Dynamics projects.

• Determine Project needs and business resources required to execute Microsoft PowerApps projects.
• Have Techno Functional Expertise in PowerApps and Microsoft Dynamics 365 set of applications.
• Work with Client Executive Project Sponsors to clarify and define strategy objectives, scope and business requirements.
• Define success criteria for projects.
• Manage project scope, drive resolution and keep project on schedule.
• Develop and track project action items and issues. Document all necessary items as needed.
• Identify and communicate risks and responses to mitigate project risk.
• Responsible for the coordination and creation of project documentation and project processes.
• Work with client team to develop appropriate testing plans to ensure user acceptance, data quality, and system integrity.
• Coordinate the development of training materials, user manuals and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the business owners and users.
• Facilitate requirements definition meetings with customers.
• Needs to be able to quickly understand the business issues and challenges of the client s organization and industry.
• Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
• Work with customers/prospects to identify key business issues and their priorities.

Required Skills

• 6 Years of Experience with PowerApps Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Overall 10 Years of Total IT Experience
• Scrum Master Certification Required
• Demonstrated ability to execute multiple, interdependent end to end projects. This includes identifying project objectives, creating requirements and solution design, managing schedules, tracking project progress, facilitating testing and determining and measuring success criteria.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Documentation and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Desirable Skills

• Project management methodologies, or project management continuing education
• Knowledge of MS Windows OS, MS Exchange, and MS Office
• Use of Visio and Microsoft Project
