Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Driving to achieve  targets for the Mortgages/Loan against Property business through lead generation and fulfilment from the Branch, Connectors and external channels 
• Monitoring the Branchs and setting targets for them 
• Develop and Manage internal team & network of connectors for managing mortgage loans in Geographical region 
• Analyze and formulate the sales plans and strategy and achieve the revenue budget 
• Providing training to the connector channels for updating the policy changes and to keep them motivated 
• Track performance on an ongoing basis with respect to the business plan and take appropriate actions to achieve targets
• Understand competitor Bank products and Services property, loans, training, loans against property, business plan, channel partners 
• Thoroughly understand the relevant markets with a view to quickly grasp trends and suitable solutions that can be structured for a customer

Experience in HL or LAP

Minimum Graduate

Good Communication Skills
