We are hiring niche skills into a new team "Support Engineer / Dev Support " - this team would drive efficiency gains by means of troubleshooting & debugging issues that need code corrections and act as the liaison to the dev engineers.

The role of Customer Support Senior Specialist will be to manage the team of support engineers and their deliverables, work together & negotiate effectively with the development teams on issues requiring code fixes, thereby maintaining quick turnaround time on debugging product issues impacting customers.

What we are looking for?

Tech engineers / experts with experience of managing cross functional teams that are passionate about troubleshooting/debugging, and maintaining simple, reliable, and innovative solutions on the cloud. Understanding & application of various development methodologies will be an advantage.

If you have a great blend of experience on varied tech stack (most of the Object Oriented languages) and if you are a great innovator or strive to do something different, out of the box, then this is the place for you to be in.

What is in it for you?

In the first 12 months, you will:

Identify code fixes to resolve bugs and narrowing issues down to specific modules needing attention
Work with dev teams to get closure on the issues in Prod
Work in a cross functional and complex technical environment spread across global teams.
Build/create tools/techniques to automate processes across SAP Concur customer base. improving Operational efficiency across teams globally.
Drive evolution of Support at SAP Concur, constantly learn and upskill to make the code fixes yourself

In order to accomplish this you will need:

Minimum 8-10 years of Experience

Varied technical skills
Java, C#, C++, .NET, Python
Scripting languages,
Different Operations systems - UNIX, Linux, Windows
Dev Ops environment or willingness to taste something outside of core-Development on an already existing product/tool.
Regularly interface with other Concur departments to resolve customer issues and to develop and define processes.

While our core domain is Travel and Expense management, we are open to technologists from different domains.

If you do have experience on T&E domain, it would definitely be a value add.

What do you need to bring?

4-5 years Lead/management experience
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science or any other specialization or equivalent practical experience
Ready-to-Experiment kind of a person, Risk-taker, Passionate about Innovation/ Building next generation tools to automate processes of several customers across the globe.

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers

PG:  M.Tech - Any Specialization, Computers, MCA - Computers, MS/M.Sc(Science) - Any Specialization, Computers

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
