Job Description
We have the following requirement with leading Healthcare solution Company
Position : Technical Project Manager
Location : Mumbai
Experience: 12 + Years
Purpose & Impact of the role
- Responsible for developing & maintaining assigned applications, tools in order to continuously improve the operational efficiency.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external clients, build technical documentation, and manage development.
- Guiding the team on technical and functional challenges and taking complete responsibility of the solution is also a part of this role.
- This position requires strong leadership, design, and communication skills to effectively work with management, team members and business contacts.
- This role will report to Director - Technology and will work closely with Product Management, Quality Assurance and Implementation Teams.
Responsibilities
- Leadership of software development activities throughout the product development lifecycle for assigned applications / product areas.
- Transform high-level strategic product direction into tactical product direction.
- Effectively propose and manage schedules as well as resources.
- Coordinate and coach development teams with a focus on collaboration, automation, and testing
- Assist in architecting and designing solutions based on strong knowledge of the technologies involved
- Contribute to development, and review of product requirements documents, and functional specifications
- Track progress, communicate risks and escalate concerns in a timely manner
- Establish software development practices and standards
- .Net Technology Stack: C#, ASP.Net MVC, Razor, Javascript, JQuery, MySQL/ SQL server, IIS, OOPS, Design patterns, Solid principles
- SQL Technology Stack: MySQL / SQL Server, Performance tuning
Skills and competencies
- MastersBachelors in Computer Science.
- Agile Certification Required
- At least 10 years Experience with full software development lifecycle including but not limited to waterfall, Agile and Scrum development practices
- At least 7 years experience in agile development
- Experience developing solutions for clinical operations preferred
- At least 5 years of hands-on application development experience using Microsoft Technologies
- Proven expertise in application architecture & system design & development
- Understanding of industry best practices and experience in cloud services, automation and integration would be preferred
- US Healthcare knowledge and experience would be preferred.
