Job Description
Call & Whatsapp HR Aman Sir - (7543944*** )Essential Functions:
Coach and lead employees on key workplace matters such as performance management, difficult conversations, employee relations, and employee development
Ensure employees adhere to all health and safety regulations, including company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
Develop and provide recommendations for policies and processes
Manage our HRIS system, including training new managers, running reports, and keeping employee information up to date.
