Job Description
Instructional Design Analyst/Learning Consultant/Solution Architect: This position is for the presales department of G-Cube. The candidate should have sound knowledge of the learning principles and should be able to recommend learning solutions considering client requirements, learning objectives and business needs in consideration.
Skill-Set Desirable.
The candidate should have the following skill-set -
- Conducting Training Need Analysis.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be analytical, problem-solving and self-driven
- Should have Rich experience in providing Learning Solutions
- Should have hands-on experience in developing design documents and storyboarding.
- Ability to work well in a team
- Commitment to quality
- Preferable to have
- Experience in writing RRF, RFI and RFPs.
Note: While applying for this role, it is recommended to share any sample design document Or any other sample work along with the resume.
Responsibilities:-
- In this role, you need to analyze and solve clients problems and provide learning solutions
- You are required to create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapt existing methods and procedures
- You would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team.
