System Software Validation Engineer @ Intel

Job Description

Responsible for definition, development, integration, and debugging system-level use cases on Intel next-generation core platforms focusing on the following domains , USB TypeC, Thunderbolt, and Power

 Delivery areas( USB/thunderbolt storage/display/dock device integration of various generation of controllers).He/She will participate in requirement analysis, pre-silicon phase, Post silicon Platform Power ON camps, driver software/silicon milestones, participate in debug co-locations / working groups, and be one voice for platform health, risks, and mitigation plans and present status to higher management and various technical forums.

He/She will take domain ownership, develop comprehensive test plans, execute test content on various platforms, debug platform failures, drive resolutions, interact with various stakeholders ( SW/FW, IP, RVP, BIOS, Program management teams) and drive platform milestones.Interacts with customer teams to support design-specific features, issues, stability requirements and helps customer teams to successfully launch designs in the market.Drives new platform features in USB/Thunderbolt domain with POC, drives innovation and intercept to future platforms by working with relevant stakeholder across Intel.
