Job Description

The key aspects of the role:

• Contribute to Defining & refining processes in the organization (Quality Management System), to enable project teams to deliver effectively and efficiently.
• Learning various methodologies, frameworks and ALM Tools (Microsoft and Atlassian Tools) for its usage & application in development lifecycle
• Mentoring team on Organizations Standard Processes & ALM Tools
• Conducting Process & Tool related trainings at various levels
• Help projects identify & analyze relevant Project Metrics / KPIs
• Facilitate implementation of agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) in delivery groups
• Facilitate use of ALM tools in the organization
• Planning & monitoring of Internal Process Audits
• Analyze project issues & Customer Feedbacks to suggest improvement actions
• Drive the automation of processes and other initiatives in scope of Process & ALM.

To be the right fit, you'll need:

• Leading a Team of 5-10 members
• Experience in CMMI, ISO 9001, SEPG, Process Management
• Preferred with Certifications around Scrum Master, Kanban Management, SAFe Agile, Six Sigma, PMP, PMI-ACP
• Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Good Understanding of ALM tools (Microsoft TFS/Azure, Atlassian Stack - Jira, Confluence, Rally, etc.)
• Participation in CMMI assessment as ATM/ FAR would be added advantage
• Prior experience as Developer or Tester would be added advantage
• Excellent Communication & Analytical skills
