To monitor & control of Raw mills, Cement mills and Kilns operations in shifts for achieving cost effective targeted production and coordination with all field service department members for availability of equipment.

Accountability: To achieve the targeted throughput(TPH) from Raw mills , Cement mills and Kilns Reduction of power consumption in Raw mills , Cement mills and Kilns Optimum utilization of Fuel Effective shift operation

To achieve the targeted throughput(TPH) from Raw mills , Cement mills and Kilns * To monitor CCR operating parameters during shift operation & take corrective action as & when required. To achieve maximum CPP power utilization * To coordinate with captive power plant & load management cells for maximizing utilization of captive power. Reduction of power consumption in Raw mills , Cement mills and Kilns * Monitoring of False air , air flow and taking corrective action Optimum utilization of Fuel * By monitoring & maintaining the desired oxygen level. Effective shift operation * Coordinate with all field service department members.
