Position: Business Development - Risk Advisory & Management Consulting Solutions (Boutique Risk Advisory & Consulting Firm)
Role:
- Responsible for building fees business for the company. The clientele shall include a cross section of entities ranging from large and mid-size banks, FIs, NBFCs, Insurance cos, MFs, large corporates, trade associations etc.
- Responsible for developing and executing target driven marketing strategy for the Company's Custom Research in India and APAC region
- Should have handled large FI and corporate relationships independently
- Should have a flair of understanding of the various types of consulting products being offered in the market and identifying advisory opportunities in the market
- Should have interacted at CXO level in the counter parties
- Should have broad understanding of the various economic trends and indices and their interlinkages to approach clients with value inputs
- Raising the profile of the Company's brand through consistent marketing to bankers, investors, corporates and trade associations.
- Management of existing relationships and origination of new business/product mandates.
- In charge of fee negotiations for both existing and new mandates.
- Working closely with the analytical teams

Requirements:
- Require experience of 7-11 years of relevant marketing experience; exposure to international marketing and selling advisory offerings would be a plus
- Strong marketing,negotiation skills are a pre-requisite.
- Must have strong presentation skills, be extremely proficient in usage of MS Office, and must be innovative and proficient in the use of graphs and charts.
- Must be a strong team player and possess excellent inter-personal skills, with an ability to integrate quickly into an established team and to deal with colleagues and external parties.
- Demonstrate excellent service orientation and professional etiquette in all communications with clients and stakeholders.
- Displays good work ethic. Hard working, self -motivated, uses time and resources efficiently and pays attention to processes and detail.
- Excellent communication skills and should be able to communicate at senior management level. Must have interpersonal skills.
