Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager - IT
Profile Summary :
The incumbent maintains the computer networks, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems.
Job description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks such LAN, WAN, Routers etc.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up and configuring E-Mail ID's and Biometric punch-in for new users across sites.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
Eligibility :
- Should have done diploma/Degree in Computers.
- Good communication skills.
- Should have in depth knowledge of MAC/I Phone technical configuration.
- Ability to work independently.
- Preferably from Gurugram, Haryana location.
