End-to-end Recruitment:
Responsible for Telephonic Screening, Short-listing, Interviewing, Organizing Whole Interview Cycle for the given requirements.
Must be comfortable with Telephonic interview screening.
Requirements:
Communication: Excellent Verbal Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills and Convincing Skills
Process of identifying, attracting, interviewing, selecting, hiring and on boarding employees
Finding, attracting and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet company's workforce needs and goals.
Candidate should have good communication skill

Self Motivated, Goal/ Target Oriented,

Experience with sourcing techniques
Understanding of referral programme.

Exp:

Fresher and experienced both can apply.

Salary:

10,000/- to 15,000/- + Incentive.
