Job Description
To be a part of the change management in developing & retaining talent. Also to be a part of the creating articulate HR practices.
Reports to: Head HR
KEY PRIORITIES:
- Having good experience in Payroll management.
- Well versed in statutory compliance on registration/ renewals, returns, registers and challans generation of ESIC, EPF, PT and IT.
- Should be able to develop and plan key initiatives for employee engagement & build a cohesive employee relation program.
- Being the point of contact for interpreting Policies, C&B and if required to formulate necessary process for smooth effectiveness.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of HR Operations and enabling the effectiveness using dashboards.
- Co-ordinate and facilitate hiring of design and executive talent through recruitment relationships in India and overseas.
- Part of the team to in Planning & Execution of Performance Management Systems.
DESIRED PROFILE:
- Preferably has experience in structured large organizations
- Has had exposure to all aspects of HR
- Excellent Communication Skills
