Job Description

  • Any Graduate with minimum 2years experience in handling BPO Training (Process Trainer)
  • The candidate must have thorough understanding of BPO Training process, Modules and training methodology.
  • The candidate should be well versed with Training Techniques and provide Training on Batch wise
  • The Candidate should be able to handle 20 - 30 Trainee batches
  • The candidate should be able to independently improve the Training performance
  • The candidate must be good in PPT and Excel.
  • The candidate must be fluent in English & Any 2 Regional Language.
  • Aware of Fish Bone Analysis.
  • Flexible to work in Day Rotational Shift.
  • Any 6 days of work
