Inviting applications for the role of Lean Diagnostic & Process Reengineering Practitioner
As a Lean Diagnostic & Process Reengineering Practitioner within Operational Excellence, you will be expected to work across a range of initiatives conducting Lean diagnostics to identify opportunities for process re-engineering, as well as workflow and automation solutions that make it easier and simpler for our Colleagues to serve our customers. You will also be expected to deliver process re-engineering changes in support of the opportunities identified from these diagnostics.
Leveraging new ways of working, you will apply a lean and agile approach, together with enterprise methodologies, tools, and standards to contribute to the identification, scoping, and delivery of optimized solutions that will maximize customer and business value.


Responsibilities

Lead small initiatives or support the delivery of medium to larger size business outcomes
Perform diagnostics leveraging Lean Six Sigma tools and methods per our Operational Excellence playbook . (Diagnostics may be across a whole business unit, or a business team, or a specific business process)
Partner with stakeholders to support the qualification of new opportunities and ensure consistency of Process Transformation across the division and alignment to project s priorities
Review assigned business processes from end-to-end, identify improvement opportunities, and create As is process if not available (typically within the Process Hub)
Work with the Business Owners to develop and implement To-Be process maps and artifacts to embed lasting process change
Ensure alignment to enterprise process methodologies, frameworks, standards, and tools as prescribed in the Operational Excellence Playbook (including Lean Six Sigma and Agile)
Participate in a range of agile ceremonies focused on planning work for an iteration and ensuring continuous improvement
Work with the broader squad to continuously improve standard processes, tools, and templates

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications/skills
A genuine passion for customers, with intermediate working experience in human-centered Design
Knowledge of delivery methodologies and associated tools, with working experience in Agile delivery, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and practices
Experience as business analyst/consultant with a track record delivering project/ changes, ideally with a business improvement focus
Advanced Office skills that will allow you to process data to support the team with diagnostic material
Analysis & Problem Solving with demonstrable measurement techniques
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Experience process mapping (MS Visio, Signavio), process documentation (Standard Operating Procedures)
Stakeholder management skills and influencing skills including at an Executive level
Change management experience, to address behavioural aspects of change required to support sustainability
Effective communication skills with the ability to synthesise data and communicate findings in a meaningful way
Demonstrated application of Risk Management fundamentals
Ability to adapt to a changing environment, present challenges with alternative solutions
Growth Mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation

Preferred qualifications/skills
Green Belt
Black Belt (desired) certified and experience in applying the tools
