- Ensure updates are completed well in time
- Represent the team in PMO meetings
- Follow up with relevant stake holders to close open issues
- Escalate to Leads wherever required
- Administer, collaborate & partner all agile/scrum processes included sprint planning & user story defining, requirement freeze, backlog grooming, defect triage & sign off
- Lead quality framework through working closely with Engineering teams, product & business teams ensuring required signoffs to establish baseline
- Support and mentor scrum framework practices and Agile principles
- Lead scrum team(s) focused on delivering business outcomes across global locations, with opportunity to operate cross-domain
- Manage and coordinate tasks across the program of work, conduct sprint and release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other agile activities as well as develop user stories and acceptance criteria definition
- Guide teams to be self-organized, promote a collaborative team environment that foster creativity, innovation, continuous improvement and celebrate successes
- Develop an effective change management plan ensuring that the required change is achieved
- Maintain sprint flow by managing risks and removing blockers
- Deliver the first ever client implementation for digital product with stringent timeline requirements through steady tracking & flagging the timely raising of issues
- Diligently establish best practices like playback demos, defining tollgates & milestones, communication management among disparate key stakeholders to clarify the schedule, status of each project/ task item
- Establish & executed agile maturity assessment to study the as-is state and consult the to-be state through advising gaps & improvement segment
Minimum qualifications
- PMP certified
- CSM Certified
- Exceptional time management
- Agile methodologies
- Change management
- Requirements gathering
- Project cost planning
- TFS /VSTS working knowledge (as an end user)
- Project online
- Outlook
- MS office
- Should have effective communication skills
- Ability to follow up and ensure timely closure
- Should work with Sr. Stake holders
- Prefer if worked as part of PMO teams
