We are inviting applications for the role of AM, Procure to Pay
We require an individual with good knowledge on Vendor Management across various Oracle and SAP ERP instances. In this role, you will be responsible Supplier Setups, Amendments, and Issue resolutions in on various Oracle and SAP ERP instances/Aravo/Support Central platform
Responsibilities
Team leading experience must.
Must have end to end knowledge P2P and with core expertise invoice processing, Global Vendor master team & Payments.
Responsible to manage and deploy controls to ensure error free operations.
Good Knowledge on EDI, E Invoicing OCR, RPA, and other tools.
Able to create, manage and maintain SOP s in a manner to meet all compliance requirements.
Pull detailed reports, Analyze, and publish dailyweeklyMonthly MIS.
Must be quipped enough to study end-to-end case and provide details to customer whenever required. Identify and create detailed RCA.
Handling customers for different regions multiple entities.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor s degree from an accredited university or college
Ability to communicate effectively
Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Preferred qualifications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion to understand processes & improve efficiencies
Focus on problem resolution to eliminate reoccurrence.
