Job Description
We have a plan to appoint a Business Development Manager to takeover a responsibility of handing our Application Engineers Team and to boost the business of our Company.

To excel in this role, you are expected to have :
1) Good knowledge in Field Instrumentation.
2) Good Listener and ability to understand the exact requirements,
3) Sales Personality,
4) Skills to develop new leads,
5) Hunger to close the orders.
You have to check all the received enquiries and keep check on the timely submissions of quotations, which will be normally done by Application Engineers.
Though Application Engineers do the follow-ups for those quotation, you also have to be in touch with those customers so that if necessary you can visit then to close the orders.
You will always have to focus to increase the value of the existing customers and to attract the new leads / business from the new Once.
Developing the new goals from the Sales Team and ensure those met.
