Experience: 3-5 years
Qualification: AnyBachelors Degree with Statistics
Salary: 7 LAC
Location: Mysore, Bangalore
Job Responsibilities:
To manage the overall planning activities of Inventory management, Production planning and Material planning. Support and meet demands of the external customer and internal customers like sales, production, purchase, warehouse, logistics, quality etc.
Job profile:
- Material planning, scheduling based on the monthly sales forecast. Manage MRP based planning.
- Timely deliveries as per the agreed KPIs year on year
- Manage material planning process and to improve inventory management.
- Determine and periodical review of service class, SS & ROP.
- Regular review on forecast and planning.
- Inventory management like aging and months to use, inventory balancing.
- Proactive SLOB Management.
- Closely work with all the related departments to meet their requirements in time.
- Involve in Relocation of traded products in to India and domestication of RMs
- Master data management knowledge is preferred. Shop floor Experience:
- Experience in material planning, Statistical applications and managing people.
- Good knowledge on SAP - MRP and related process
- Experience in using analytical tools and application of analytical tools to the daily business process. Experience in trouble shooting, continuous improvement processes.
- Good knowledge on SAP systems is preferable
- Experience in Master data management.
