Job Description

Access Healthcare provides business process outsourcing and applications services, and

robotic process automation tools to healthcare providers, payers, and related service

providers.

Experience Required: 2+ years

Designation: Senior Client Partner

Work Location: Ambattur, Chennai

Shift: 6.30pm to 3.30am

Note: Transport facilities will be provided by the company(pickup/drop)

Job Description:

• Working as an HRBP involves discussions with the business heads
• Managers and team lead pertaining to the productivity of employees, Retention strategies,
• Handling Headcount of employees scattered in multiple locations
• Employee staff retention and counselling
• Skip level with Employees, Employee one to one discussion
• Employee grievance and queries addressed to HR will be solved and the status needs to be conveyed to the employees in a stipulated time frame
• Coordinate induction and new line orientation
• Be an escalation path for unresolved employee relation issues
• Attendance and Leave management system
• Organizing Reward and recognition event, Observing and celebrating important days
