Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1) Check PMS sheet entries are complete, if there are entries which are not complete followup for completion.

2) To act as single point of contact for SALES/ORDER processing departments to give them correct date of supply after followup with production team in factory.

3) Highlight and inform to management on daily basis about status which can be delayed due to stoppage/bottle neck in any area.

4) Ensure all trackers are filled (PMS/M/C Planning/POMS/JWMS on regular basis.

5) Daily machine planning update

a) Ensure the productions are as per the production planning.

b) Coordination with OPD department.

c) Coordination with Warehouse and production department.

d) Coordination wtih Contractors and vendors.

e) MIS Reports in Google Sheet. Most important task Give date of supply for any order immediately & ensure all the promised date of productions are fulfilled.
