Job Description

We have urgent opening for Accountant, Account Assistant for a reputed Company in South Delhi.

 Responsibilities: Account Assistant

  • Providing support to the Accounting Department.
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
  • Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
  • Preparing financial reports.
  • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

Responsibilities: Accountant,

 Candidate should have knowledge of MS-Word, Excel and Tally

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
  • Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations ,fixed asset activity, debt activity etc
  • Knowledge of GST.
  • Experience :- 0 - 4 Years.

Salary:- 10K to 35K

Location:- South Delhi
