Urgent Openings for IT Project Manager for our MNC Client.
Skill:IT Project Manager with Banking Domain(SDLC,Application Development,Java/DB)
Experience:10 to 16 Years.

Role & Responsibilities
Mandatory:Project Management into IT/Software Industry with Banking Domain is preferable
1. Own and execute Implementation, CR, T&M and support projects as per agreed scope with customer.
2. Manage the Project, from Initiation to Closure.
3. Own and manage the Customer Relationship.
4. Develop the Project Plan (Scope,Delivarables,WBS,Schedule,Budget,Quality,HumanResources,Stakeholders,Communication,Risks,Procurement), in collaboration with Functional and Technical teams.
5 .Defining the Critical Success Factors for the project (e.g. Scope, Time,Cost,Quality etc.). Improve metrics including VOC.
6. Execute the Project Plan.
7. Manage the RAID in the project. Work with Internal and External stakeholders to resolve issues encountered in execution of the project plan.
8. Resolve conflicts within and outside the project team, that have a direct bearing on the project plan execution.
9. Identify skill gaps and groom them in collaboration with other departments
10. Manage project financials and employ best practices from within and industry, to optimize productivity.
11. Monitor and Control the Project plan execution. Monitor and manage SLA of support projects, conduct/publish RCA as per contract.
12. Execute the Communication & Escalation Plan for the project.
13. Report & Review Project Plan execution progress, Support project dashboard (SLA and Incident status) to/with all relevant stakeholders as identified in Stakeholder Management plan (publishing/conducting WSR's & SCM's)
14. Collaboration with different departments for issues resolution
15. Have a Great customer focus and build relationships with them(F2F/Conf call on regular basis)
16. Work with Customers as Partners( understand their pain areas and constantly look for growth opportunities for Customers and Nucleus(Account mining))
17. Align appropriate responsibilities, accountability and authority for team members
18. Lead by Example
19. Coaching and Mentoring the Team members
