Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of BA, Services Data AnalystIn this role, you will be responsible to provide visibility to services data and insights from dataResponsibilities- Understand services operations data and provide data driven insights to the operations team through effective Data Management and analysis
- Study existing data sources, understand, evaluate tools & technology for reporting and analytics
- Manage and validate data sets from various services operations data sources and combine/map those data sets based on business logics and design outputs that are in line with GEHC expectations.
- Enhance existing data dashboards (spotfire) based on the needs of the region and if required design similar dashboards with new KPIs/metrics esp. that show productivity opportunities
- Regularly connect & collaborate with the GEHC services ops. Regional team members to understand the specific requirements, perform data analytics and provide actionable insights
- If required, connect with GEHC cross functional teams (finance, sales etc.) to understand their data better and use it for driving meaningful outputs on services ops. Performance reporting
Minimum qualifications
- Good experience with Spotfire
- Advanced Excel Power Pivot
- Basic SQL
- Good communication skills
- Storyboarding
- Experience in reporting out performance metrics
Preferred qualifications
- Good experience in spotfire or reporting
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals would be a plus
- Experience in working with diverse global teams and multiple vendors
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
