Senior Systems Engineer - IT Service @ Infosys BPM

Job Description

IT operations support Configure, troubleshooting & maintain IT network infra - Experience of Cisco routing and switching. Knowledge of Cisco Firewalls and VPN. Monitoring Network performance - Assess network performance to address business requirements and recommends for network planning and upgrades on systems. Also plan for upgrading/replacing hardware and software in the network. Ensuring and maintaining Capacity management, change management, vendor management and incident management, BCMS Drills. Support Ready to work in flexible schedule, including night and weekend support as per business needs. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Creating and presenting networking reports, network diagrams and relevant documentation. Knowledge or Certification like Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA),
