Job Description
1. Study a variety of materials and resources provided by us and deliver sessions based on the same in an online classroom.
2. Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.)to teach students. Guide students to develop their artistic and practical capabilities and upskill them through a carefully constructed curriculum such as color, shape,
number and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills.
3. Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests. Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects, and communicate those objectives to students.
4. Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that Beyond Skool fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child. Willingness to take initiative and problem-solving skills.
5. Deliver reports on potential concerns about students as to management as needed.
6. 1-2 years of experience in teaching the age group of 3 - 5 years. students or in provision of teacher training services.
Minimum 6 hours teaching per day (6 classes) and 2 hours for other duties/breaks.
- Minimum qualification should be Bachelors from a reputed university plus
- Diploma in ECCED course.
- Strong organizational and communication skills required.
- Skilled at handling multiple projects simultaneously, establishing priorities, and consistently following through.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.
- Understanding of the entrepreneurial culture of a start-up and demonstrated ability to work in an environment with some ambiguity.
- Candidates should have their own Laptop and stable Wifi connection.
- Work from Home opportunity, working in Shifts also available.
- You can earn upto 23000/- per month.
