Job Description
Urgently we are hiring for Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, This is a permanent Bank On Roll / Bank Pay-Roll Job.
=> This will be Completely work From Office only and Immediately Joining.
=> This is "Contact Centre Branch" (Non-Branch Banking) based Job,
=>This is completely Inbound Voice Process Customer Services Office based Job.
Job Designation: Phone Banking Officer-Inbound (PBO) || (CCE - Voice Process)
Position Grade: Assistant Manager- M1
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have Hindi & English good communication skills in both.
- Must be at least a Graduate in any stream
- Freshers also can apply who have complete the Graduation at least.
- Or at least minimum 6 month of Customer Services / any of Calling Experience with Banking or Non-Banking industry both will be considered.
- Must have good communication as well as Sales & Convincing skills.
- Age should be maximum 30 years.
- Male & Female both can apply.
- Must be comfortable to work in (Bommanahalli - Bengaluru) location.
Job Description/Responsibility:
- To Attend the inbound calls of customers in Retail Assets and process the queries & requests to customer's satisfaction.
- To identify and convert the opportunities for cross selling (banking product) on customer's call.
- Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
- Ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.
- Complete the logs specified by the process (End-of-day target).
- Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms.
- To be aware of and comply with any updates about the process.
- Act on the feedback given by Team Leader/Team Coach or Quality or on the coaching provided to the team as guidelines for improving performance.
Job Location: (Bommanahalli - Bengaluru).
Salary Package: Annual CTC 2.40 to 2.70 Lac per annum plus performance based Incentives.
PF, Gratuity, Mediclaim & Insurance cover (as per policy).
Shifts Timings & Offs:
=> Working & Shift -: 5 Days working in a week and this is a completely fixed day shift,
=> Shift Timing: Any of 9 Hours Shifts can be offered from 7.00 AM to 8.00 PM. (No Night Shift).
=> Two Weekly offs Two rotational week off (You may need to work on Sundays and Holidays as well).
=> This is "Contact Centre Branch" (Non-Branch Banking) based Job,
=> This is completely In-house / Office-based profile, No customer Visit, No face to face interaction, No field work.
