• Responsible for the employees life cycle From on boarding till off boarding.
• Employee Engagement/Employee Relation
• To ensure advances in HR processes and programs as well as to support key business objectives, strategies and initiatives
• Implement strategies for Employee Retention
• Execute the rewards and recognition programs within timelines
• Manage employee grievances
• Responsible for the welfare of all the employees of the branch office
• Communicating the policies and the procedures to the employees.
• Maintaining the Attendance details of employees and the Employee Database.
