Advising clients on various investment ideas based on the suitability to their risk profile, return expectation, asset allocation, liquidity needs etc.
Responsibility includes Advisory services to Promoters, Treasuries, HNIs and NRIs, Relationship management with Ultra HNI clients(Resident Indians, Corporates) in India ensuring annual revenue target achievement
Carry out quarterly/ annual portfolio review and analysis of the client's investment portfolio to ensure that the investments are in line with the client's expectations and risk profile
Responsible for reporting to meet the targets along with Support team
In depth understanding of Financial Market in Insurance
Responsible to understand clients investment needs, creating long term asset allocation plan and 360 degree financial planning
Responsibility of selling Life insurance and Nonlife Insurance products as well as other Cross sell products.
Improve business quality by ensuring ECS (Electronic clearing system) is mandatory for renewal premium collection. Persistency management for renewal premium collection.
Details against all leads should be updated on the LMS( Learning Management System).
Should work hard on getting clients and ensure 2 meetings daily
Required Candidate profile:
Sales & acquisition experience in Insurance
Experience in Customer Service, Customer Relationship
Relationship Management
Good knowledge of Insurance Market
