Job Description

Dear Candidates,

We have a critical demand open for one of renowned MNC for Hyderabad/Bangalore Location for one of our esteemed banking clients. Please find the details below:
Requirement:

No of positions : 60
Location : Hyderabad Pocharam , Bangalore - Whitefield
Excellent command over English and Hindi (Both) is mandatory.
Graduate only.
Hired resources will be handling high end banking customers, hence needs to be sharp-witted in handling challenging calls.
Candidates need to have minimum 24 months of total working experience (comprising of 1 years minimum in Customer Support/ Voice Process / Inside Sales).
Salary: 5 LPA
Though its a Domestics process , candidates need to flexible with rotational shift (24/7)
Working Days : 5 Days/ 2 days week off( rotational )
