Job Title: Infrastructure / Security Architect/ Lead Security Analyst / Cyber Security
Role: Exp: 6 -20 years ( for Lead- 6-10 Years for Architect 10-20 Years
Location: work from home / Kolkata / Mumbai
Responsibilities:
1. Act as an Infra security architect and subject matter expert within network infrastructures and perimeter security technologies such as firewalls, load balancers, WAF, CASB, proxies, SDN, DNS, and DDOS solutions.
2. Investigate, design & architect specific cyber security controls as they are identified & require
3. Primary responsibilities will be to oversee the safety and integrity of our data as well as that of our customers.
4. Identify, manage, and maintain KPI and other metrics for core processes.
5. Review technology designs with technology architects and engineers, taking local and regional regulatory requirements into account
6. Review and refine data and network security processes, development methodologies and ICM platform security.
7. Working with LearningMate IT, Projects, Operations, HR and Customer Success you will be responsible for ensuring that our security processes are the best in the business and are regularly updated.
8. You will work with the best-in-class security consultants to audit and improve our overall organizational security.
9. Instrumental in fostering the security culture within the organization and help keep the leadership
10. team informed and educated on our security levels.
11. Work closely with customers, IT and Operations to manage security incidents and the security incident & response process
12. Perform your own security research into new tools and techniques.
13. Perform vendor evaluations and proof of concepts for service improvements, in-flight projects and
14. emerging technologies as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
1. 10 years of experience with Security Architect and/or Engineering.
2. 5 years experience with Cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, VMware NSX
3. Experience architecting solutions within Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, VMware NSX
4. Experience with assessment, development, implementation, optimization, and documentation of a comprehensive and broad set of security technologies and processes (secure software development (Application Security), data protection, cryptography, key management, identity and access management (IAM), and network security) within SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud environments.
5. Working knowledge of common and industry standard cloud-native/cloud-friendly authentication mechanisms (OAuth, OpenID, etc).
6. QRadar or any SIEM tools, Splunk ES, Guardium, Tripwire, Qualys, Symantec DLP, McAfee EPO, FireEye HX/NX/EX, PKI, EDR tools like Crowd strike, Carbon black, Vault, IoT Security tools
7. AWS EC2, VPC, Route53, CloudFront, S3, CloudWatch, Azure Compute
8. Extensive knowledge in the field of event logging and reporting. Understanding of various logging format (e.g. Syslog, Windows event logging, diff. database logging, flat-file log format of diff. technologies, etc.)
9. Experience with deployment orchestration, automation, and security configuration management (Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, etc) preferred.
10. Deep experience handling enterprise-grade security in a security-conscious organization with substantial infrastructure in the cloud is required.
11. Experience working with cloud security and governance tools, cloud access security brokers (CASBs), and server virtualization technologies.
12. Experience in securing SaaS platforms and moving from a preventive security stance to a predictive security stance is highly desirable.
13. Familiarity with tools, processes, and certifications related to security is required.
14. Strong application/product/software security background.
Skilled in various hacking techniques.
1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in penetration testing/infrastructure security testing (Application security testing experience is added advantage).
2. Ability to effectively interface with product development teams.
3. Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to effectively assess and communicate risks and appropriate levels of urgency to management and engineering staff.
5. Ability to conduct independent security research.
6. Experience in ATP, SIEM tools, should have worked on various VAPT tools.
7. Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security.
