Compensation Around 65 lacs
1 or 2 Consulting Background will be an added advantage
Age 32 to 36 years
Location : Gurgaon
Skills
Should have managed Compensation, benefits & Rewards for a Large Work Force
Analytics
Presentation skills
Experience in Salary Surveys will be preferred
Upto 65 Lacs
Will have 3 reportees
Should currently be around 40 55 lacs Salary Range
Willing to move to Gurgaon
