Job description

We have urgent openings for the position of Territory Manager with most of the leading life Insurance Companies in Agency Vertical.

Job Description:-

Manager - Bancassurance will be responsible for handling an on roll team of 6 -10 sales managers in Bancassurance Channel.
Has to handle 10 - 12 Branches of a Bank.
Monitor the day to day activity, planning & execution of banca team.
Building good relationship with Bank's Cluster Head, Branch Manager & allied staff to achieve Cluster sales target.

Desired Candidate Profile

Team Handling Experience preferred.
Must have min 4 years of experience into Life Insurance Sector.
Should be a Graduate
Good Communication Skills.
Knowledge of local Geographical area.
