Job Description
Consultant - Prod support with Java
In this role, you will be responsible for Application Support Operations and maintenance of multiple applications & databases, used by business units and infrastructure teams. You will function as a Support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution.
Responsibilities
- Craft and Prepare Weekly/Monthly Status Reports
- Updated sheets of extracted and compared data/KPIs from different data sources
- Crafting, Compare and consolidate the data and communicate it in a type of report
- Action plan for all identified corrective action and track progress reports
- Craft requirement and connect with users when needed, requesting actions
- Send updated lists of data and other teams to update service now or their current information
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- BE/B Tech/ BCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- Worked on Prod support with Java
- Application Support Experience
- Good Technical/Functional Knowledge
- Seek, craft and resolve production problems
