Inviting applications for the role of Manager- Learning Advisor, Leadership Direct Program (LDP)
This role at Genpact is with the Corporate Learning & Development team, specifically aligned to the Leadership Direct Program (LDP). LDP is a leadership development initiative that aims to infuse high-potential talent into key roles in Genpact, providing them multiple personalized learning and leadership development opportunities.
We are looking for an energetic, flexible, self-motivated, and result-oriented individual who can collaborate across functions and levels to liaise with the LDPs stakeholders and execute learner journeys for LDP participants.
Responsibilities
Develop and deploy personalized learning plans for LDPs, liaising with HRLs and TLs
Support pre-boarding and onboarding exercise for LDPs specific to the program
Capture learner feedback and inputs, identify relevant learning initiatives, feeding this back into learning design
Build out short-term execution plans, basic communication plan, and feedback loops for each deliverable within the overall learner journey
Fortnightly and monthly dashboard creation tracking LDP progress - Identify metrics and provide inputs for monthly dashboard on interventions manage LDP tollgate scorecards
Track feedback and metrics for learning journeys (that the incumbent is responsible for)
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Willingness and ability to deal with ambiguity and unstructured problems
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders for problem resolution
Ability to design learning journeys, iterate with stakeholders
Result-orientation and focus on execution
Preferred qualifications
Graduates/Postgraduates from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Schools. Experience in Learning & Development
