Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- Data Visualization
In this role, you will be responsible to work on driving IT service metrics and create a centralized database and build visualization leveraging excel, Alteryx, Tableau or Power BI for laptop stability program.
Responsibilities
- Work with Service teams to understand/analyse requirements and build common data model
- Build data visualization to support IT Service metrics
- Work with the various teams to track, manage and help implement changes/enhancements.
- Responsible for determining and agreeing on quality procedures, standards and specifications
- Familiarity and/or experiencing building data models and visualization
- Skill SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- BE/B Tech/MCA or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- Work with Service teams to understand/analyse requirements and build common data model
- Build data visualization to support IT Service metrics
- Work with the various teams to track, manage and help implement changes/enhancements.
- Responsible for determining and agreeing on quality procedures, standards and specifications
- Familiarity and/or experiencing building data models and visualization
- Skill SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI
- Knowledge of and experience in R or Python
- Develop and execute business requirements of creating standard Business metrics
- Lead and/or participate in reviews of requirements, architectures, designs, and data model
- Become single point to look into any bug/enhancement
- Responsible for maintenance of all the documents & artifact
- Provide day to day support to keep the metrics data updated
- Fluent written and spoken English, language skills a must
- Experience in IT infrastructure
- Flexibility to take calls in evening
