Roles and Responsibilities

We have urgent openings for the position ofBranch Managerwith most of the leading life Insurance company in Direct Sales Vertical.

Job Description :-

Managing a team of 8-10 Relationship Managers
Maximize sales productivity of the team and achieve sales targets
Provide in-the-field support to direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching and feedback based on performance
Responsible for capacity building at branch level
Cross sell and up sell of products products based on the life cycle needs of the customers

Must be a Graduate
