Sr Quality Analyst:
The person should meet the following criteria :
Key skills : CAPA, PV, Quality, from Call Center background , Call monitoring preferred
- Min 3-5 years of experience as QA ( esp in to call Quality )
- Excellent communication, must have exposure to standards in International voice process
- Exposure to giving feedbacks and training the analyst on their area of improvement
- Strong documentation skills
- Exposure to audits and support the team from audit readiness perspective
- SOP creation and management
- Knows the process of quality checks , execute the QC and report presentation
- CAPA management
- Excellent knowledge in MS office ( esp excel, PPT , word & MS outlook )
- Have strong understanding of the process and ability to learn and adapt to new changes
- Back up for the existing QAs in any process if required.
- Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
- Life science background
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Quality systems of the existing process
- Conducts QC & Call monitoring basis the designed SOP across the projects identified and aligned
- Provides feedback to the team in regular intervals and document the same in emails and CAPA trackers
- Identifies training needs and proposes / execute the training programs to the team basis their area of improvement
- Back up for the existing QAs as per requirement
- Creating and reviewing the SOPs
- Ability to learn new process and monitor its implementation in the team
- Suggest process changes for improvement and follow up & monitor its execution
- Prepare the required reports and present it during reviews
- Manages the CAPA tracker
- Supports ongoing audits across all the projects
- Build and groom the existing QAs
- Conducts internal audits or quality checks as per the aligned frequency and shares the report to the stakeholders
- Flexible to work across various projects
