Job Description:
* 3-5 years Network Engineer experience in supporting production environment including customer facing or customer support roles.
* Having Azure domain experiences is a big asset.
* Experience with networking concepts including Load balancer, Routing, Switching, and Security.
* Experience and familiarity with networking tools (ping, tracert, wire shark, etc.) Understanding geo-redundancy, CDN and VPN technologies (site to site, point to site preferred, leased line).
* Experience and understanding of the OSI model and related concepts Leadership - handle technically challenging and politically sensitive customer situations.
* Strong communications skills.
* Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Effective, polished interaction with customer together information.
* Quickly explain customer responsibilities in resolving issue.
* Communicate next steps and status and inspire confidence.
* The successful Support Engineer has the drive and intellectual horsepower to resolve difficult customer issues directly supports customers through telephone, email, and chat services as applicable.
* Demonstrable troubleshooting skills, Cross-team collaboration. .
