Dynamic and passionate IT Data Management professional as Data Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our data systems. For this position, strong understanding of data processing and data analytics are necessary.
Understanding in areas of machine learning to help us extract value from our data. You will lead all the processes from data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing, to training models and deploying them to production
The ideal candidate will be passionate about artificial intelligence and stay up to date with the latest developments in the field.
ResponsibilitiesExperience in IT with good years of experience in Data warehousing and Data management, ETL, ML, leading the team, and dealing with international stakeholders.
Understanding business objectives and developing models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress
Expertise on building large scale Data Analytics set up on AWS or Azure Cloud
Thorough knowledge in Data Acquisition, Data Transformation, Data Quality process, Data Management and Consolidation, Developing Visualization and Analytical Solutions to drive insights on Cloud using Cloud native services (on either AWS or Azure or both)
Analyzing the ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and ranking them by their success probability
Exploring and visualizing data to gain an understanding of it, then identifying differences in data distribution that could affect performance when deploying the model in the real world
Verifying data quality, and/or ensuring it via data cleaning
Supervising the data acquisition process if more data is needed
Finding available datasets online that could be used for training
Defining validation strategies
Ensure adherence to legal and company standards
Extract reports and data when needed
Monitor and analyze information and data systems
Evaluate performance of data systems
Troubleshoot data-related problems
Suggest solutions to identified problems
Provide variance analysis comparing actual technology spend versus plan, forecast, and prior year.
Should also have worked closely with IT vendors and partners in managing the contracts and driving periodic engagement with strategic outcomes
Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and in various team settings
