We are inviting applications for the role of SA, Remote Analyst.
In this role, you will have an excellent balance of people, organizational, and ability to work with multiple team and co-ordinate, the role requires semi-technical understanding of mechanical parts, software upgrade, case management and triaging using Salesforce.
Responsibilities
1. Case Management
o Assign cases created by end user to self and understand the request in details
o Document what action is needed on the case and provide a resolution timeline
o Provide solution to the case creator following the standard process and document available
o Respond to e-mail queries and convert them into a case for tracking and auditing purpose
o Provide data requested by case creator by pulling them from different databases
o Check data accuracy before providing the solution to the case creator
o Assist on-site Field Service Engineer in system configuration and recalibration
2. Application & OS Support
o Understanding of MS Windows & MS Office
o Basic understanding of databases
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
B.E / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
B.E / B.Tech - Electronic and communications engineering
Good relevant industrial experience in working in a technical helpdesk
Preferred qualifications
Strong communication skills; skilled at cross-functional and cross-organizational communication
Attention to detail and good articulation skills.
Ability to traverse both vertically and horizontally in a large organization
