Job Description
- Work closely with Cybersecurity Center Program Manager to define objectives, create plans to achieve objectives, tracking progress against objectives, driving projects execution and improving project management processes.
- Work closely with Cybersecurity Functional Leader/ team to manage all projects harmonized with development schedule.
- Work software developers/manager across Secure Development Lifecycle and ensure quality involvement of Cybersecurity team in architectural security weakness though design threat modelling and provide guidance on secure coding practices.
- Drive day to day execution of Cybersecurity projects (SDL Consultation, Penetration Test Execution, Cybersecurity Trainings and IEC62443 based assessments) to ensure activity plans remain relevant and are being executed effectively with support of Cybersecurity technical specialist.
- Develop and implement Cybersecurity project plans that support Product Release timelines, milestones, deliverables and success criteria.
- Prepare project status reports and conduct meetings regularly on progress, risks, issues, and recommended solutions.
- Establish new and improve existing project management processes, methodologies, and document it for the Cybersecurity organization to ensure projects are delivered on time, adheres to high quality standards, and meet stakeholder expectations.
- Gather periodic feedback from Product Group, define and execute strategy to improve it.

Experience / Skills
Primary Qualifications:
- Experience working on Software Project Management and Resource management.
- Knowledge of any Cybersecurity tools, standards and best practices.
- Experience in working on atleast one of the phases of Software Development Lifecycle as Individual contributor.
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent presentation and data analysis skill.
- Proven verbal and written communications skills along with great learning agility.
Secondary Qualifications:
- Experience working with Vulnerability Analysis and Penetration testing Software applications / products.
- Understanding IEC62443 standard.
- Experience in Operational Technology engineering domain.
- Knowledge of Security design and test practices would be added advantage
- Auditing knowledge or experience would be added advantage.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science / Electronics / Instrumentation or related field.
- 8 12 years experience in Software domain with atleast 2 years in Cybersecurity specialization.
- Program Management Certification or Cybersecurity certifications like CISSP/CISM will have added advantage.
