Job Description
Job location - Andheri East, near Metro.
Graduate with 5 to 8 Years of experience in Ocean Freight - documentation & customer service.
CTC - Upto Rs. 5 to 8 LPA ( Depends on experience)
Job profile :
- Responsible for handling nomination & Free hand shipment from start to end.
- Keep follow up with shipper & overseas over phone and mail for shipment planning.
- Keep follow up with transportation team to pick up for all new shipment.
- Placing booking for all LCL / FCL shipment to Shipping line and co-loader though mail & line website & follow up with line to get booking .
- Follow up with operation team for carting of shipment & unloading shipment at CFS.
- Arranging container pick up from different Yard for all FCL shipment.
- Preparing draft HBL for all LCL /FCL shipment in our AS/400 System.
- Sending draft HBL to shipper / Overseas for approval & follow up for approval.
- Releasing final HBL copy for all shipment.
- Follow up with operation for stuffing of container at CFS.
- Preparing VGM on the basis of weight slip & CLP for all LCL & FCL shipment.
- Filling Form -13 though Odex website for all FCL.
- Keep follow up with shipping line for liner Invoice if any type of discrepancy.
- Releasing Final MBL from line for all LCL & FCL shpt.
- Sending container Load list to shipping line for all FCL shipment before cut off time.
- Any other work allocated by Manager time to time.
