We have opening for Lead Generation Executive / Tele Marketing Executive
JOB LOCATION
Andheri (East) around 10 to 15 mins of walk in distance from Andheri station and from Metro Station.
JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Making telephone calls to understand whether there is requirement for particular product / services of our clients
- Would need to identify prospects from the database to pass to the sales team
- Maintaining call reports and recording discussion with the clients in the format specified
- Making polite conversation with customers /prospects on the phone
- Undertaking firs / second level of research towards successful call results
- Understanding of IT industry as one has to call for software, hardware IT products, like desktop, workstation, printers, CADCAM software, Mailing Solutions, ERP, Security Products, e-Commerce products, Network products, etc.
- Work on B2B campaigns in the IT & ITES sector
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
- Preferably a graduate from any stream / undergraduate also welcome.
- Good English communication skills.
- Knowledge of excel
