Job Description
Job location - Vidyavihar.
CTC Budget : Upto Rs. 2.70 LPA ( Depends on experience)
Reporting to: Chief Manager-Accounts and Finance
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Closely with Finance Service Delivery & Sales team for Receivable Tracking.
- Receipts tracking and Posting in Ledgers of respective customers
- Sharing MIS with Management basis requirements to give understanding of dues, recovery and
probable cash flow.
- Follow up for collection of dues with Sales Team,
- Communication, Balance Confirmations and Ledger reconciliation handling with Customers for
quick collection.
- Pro-actively act against situational Flags.
- Analysis and highlighting important information w.r.t receivables
- Prints monthly statements and sends to customers. Prints, verifies, and maintains accounts
receivable invoice records, sales and cost of sales reports, open and aging reports, and journals.
- Updates and reviews aged receivables for unpaid balances.
- Performs other accounting duties as requested by the Controller.
Candidate Profile:
- Account Receivable division of Finance Team is looking for a team member with good
command in MS Office (Advanced excel and Power-point preferred)
- 2-3 years of work experience in MIS and reporting department.
- Basic Knowledge of Accounting & Finance (operational knowledge of Tally and ERP)
- Possess Good Oral & Written Communication Skills (Drafting of Emails etc)
