We are currently seeking a [[General & Op Acctng. Associate]] to join our team in [[Gurgaon]], [[Haryana]], [[India]].
Job Description
- Supporting business with Procure to Pay activities. Good Knowledge of Ariba.
Supporting helpdesk process and handling vendors and stakeholder queries.
- Support Supplier Onboarding process on Ariba system.
- Handling crow canyon tickets and work on pre/post-match exceptions and swiftly action to resolve
- Manage Procurement mailbox.
- Assisting line of business with Procurement tools & process.
- Updating process trackers & provide inputs for monthly/quarterly reports/dashboards.
- Excellent written/verbal skillset for business communications/meetings with internal/external stakeholders.
