Requirement for Relationship Manager (Direct Sales)

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities.

Generating Lead and customer Data base.
Follow up the customer to get close the business & Making cold calls
Follow up the renewal data.

Maintain good relationship with Life insurance related clients & customers.
Daily update to the respective Branch Manager on the meetings.
Understanding customer needs and providing service accordingly

Criteria

Candidate preferably from Life Insurance Background
Experience: Minimum 1 Year of sales experience in Life Insurance/Retails sales/Cross sell-Banking products/Fixed Deposit/Home Loan/ Mutual Fund/Any Field sales/Direct Sales etc.
Qualification: Under Graduates and above.
Age: Below 35 Years
Language: English with any Regional Languages.
CTC Offered: 2.4 Lacs to 4 Lacs Based on the Experience and Domain.
Perks and Benefits: Fixed Salary + : Fixed Salary + Unlimited Incentives and career growth.
