Role: US healthcare Payer

Location: Hyderabad
Education Qualification: life Science or medical graduation preferrable.
Experience: 5-6 years of relevant healthcare experience
Candidate Specification: Certifications on healthcare and six sigma is mandatory
Roles and Responsibilities:

Must have experience in one of these process areas in US Healthcare claims processing or enrolment or Provider Data Management or Benefit Configuration
Delivery experience in managing large teams with superior people management skills. Should have managed processes related to healthcare Payer
Ensures the volume of work produced meets or exceeds service standards and quality expectations
End to end delivery ownership and extensive experience in handling clients with excellent communication skills
Strong analytical skills required as well as the ability to take statistical data and infer organizational implications required
Supports the management and customer with reports special processes projects etc.
Strong People management Delivery Management and Performance Management abilities
Analyse daily performance indicators and encourage awareness and performance improvements Participate in various projects and continuous process improvement activities.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work effectively in ambiguity shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
Knowledge of Digitization industry level transformation levers customer experience is must.
