We are currently seeking a Senior Teradata PL/SQL Developer to join our team in Bengalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
years of experience of experience in DW and ETL projects
Expertise in writing, re-writing and dissecting complex SQL queries using multiple join conditions, case statements, arithmetic, aggregate functions and query tuning/optimization techniques-Required
Hands on SQL, PL/SQL. Ability to write complex SQL & performance tune them
knowledge of Data Warehousing and Data Management concepts-Required
Experience with Teradata utilities like BTEQ,FASTLOAD,MLOAD, TPUMP, FASTEXPORT and Query manager-Strongly preferred
Advanced SQL skills, including use of derived tables, unions, multi-table inner/outer joins
Able to effectively communicate with customers, peers and management at all levels in and outside the organization
Knowledge of different Schemas (Star and Snow Flake) to fit reporting, query and business analysis requirements
Experienced in UNIX shell scripts to write wrapper scripts to call ETL Jobs
Excellent Team player and Quick learner with positive attitude and self motivation
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and problem solving skills and Implementation skills
