Job Description

A stewarding supervisor oversees, coordinates, and inspects every activity in the facility ranging from the kitchen workers to those working outside the kitchen environment. They supervise the cleaning of the work environment and also ensure that the food menu is followed strictly and served on time.Executive kitchen steward is responsible for the supervision of all silver, dish, and glass washing and the maintenance of high standards of kitchen cleanliness. They report directly to the executive chef. They must be familiar with all kitchens and service equipment, their usage, maintenance and storage, and government laws enforced by the health and sanitation department.
